the second latch(the one under the hood after u use the open the hoodinsde the cab)to open my hood broke or something and now i cant get it open..how cani open the hood??

 

What exactly broke the handle? or the release latch itself. You should be able to reach in their with something and release it. I'm not sure how it looks right now though.

So its coming up partially or not at all?

The DIY thread here has so much information, expcially in the "merry christmas" and the parts diagrams at the bottom. I usually look there to see how things work. This picture is of the mechanism, maybe you can see a way to get at it, I can't tell exactly how yours is broke, but this usually helps me.

well basically if my bumper was gone i coudl pull the handle plus the rod goin up to the latch out
