I just brought home a rust-free 95/96 extended cab for my truck mondayand was planning to put on my 98 truck... My 98 cab on the bottom are rusted out on both sides... would the 95/96 cab bolt up on 98 chassis with no problems??? Also would most of the interior from my 98 such as seats, front dash area, etc works on 95/96 cab??? also everything on outside is the same right???

This is a good thread. i love my truck but i want an extended cab. The only difference will be the wiring. Ou will need the same year because every wiring harness for each year is different. THink about it. if one wire is misplaced it will mess EVERYthing up. In terms of bolting on, yes, but bolting on and having the wiring mate up...thats the question right there.
