Default Ram whining at cruising speeds??

I have a 95 Ram 2wd automatice and have just started hearing a whining sound at around 50mph and above. I really don't know how to describe it, but as a steady whining sound. Its coming someone from the front. I also have a ticking noise coming from the driver side front end. It ticks with the speed of the truck. I have checked for objects in the tire and the bearing were recently replaced? Any ideas on where my whining and ticking noised are coming from?

Thanks

I would start with the bearing that was replaced.
Check preload, if they are too tight you'll get a whine sometimes.
