If you want a CAI, go with a setup like Volant's where it pulls the air from outside the engine compartment. Look up the before mentioned thread on FIPKs and you will see why. But get it on sale somewhere, don't pay $300+ for it. Thats ridiculous.

Or you can go with the 14x3 open element setup. Whatever your preference.

Definitely get a Fastman TB. And +1 for ignoring TB spacers, they do not work on our trucks. I believe it was explained like this in another thread: because our pickups are port injected and not throttle body injected, a spacer does absolutely nothing for you. Someone correct me if I misspoke that.

If you have a decent budget to work with, I'd also look into getting a high flow catalytic converter.

Yeah, throttle body spacers do nothing if you don't have TB injection. Basically, all they were designed to do was cause air circulation, which led (supposedly) to a better a/f mixture. They do nothing without TB injection...except make you about $70-$100 poorer...[:@]
