Im getting a dodge with a horrible stock dark blue paint job and Im going to repaint it another stock Ram 1500 color. I found this picture on the internet and it is the exact color I have been looking for, just cant find the code for it. This is a 94-2001 model Ram 1500, Dark red(almost maroon) metallic. Heres the picture.

 

well i got a touch-up bottle of this color but the paint code is not on it...the part number for this tube i have is 04443888...call the dealer in the morning or something, give them that part number and they could tell ya the paint code and what the name of it is

 

If you got the touch uppaint, I assume you have a truck this color??? If so, can you look in your door jam and give me the paint code off of the sticker?

I have a 05 with that color......Mines called molten red...Its not a code but hope that helps

How do you think that truck would look if the black valence under the grill was painted the same color as the truck?, Give me your opinions on painting the side mirrors to.

 

no i don't have a truck this color....i just have alot of tubes of touch-up paint in all different colors that i took from the delaership before i quit lol

 

my opinion on the mirrors is do it! i've always thought the side mirrors being the same color look nice. i'm not good with doing stuff to my truck myself but i dont know how good it would look to paint the ones you have now if they are like mine. i have an 06 night runner and its that rough black material on the mirrors and they probably wouldnt look good painted. but if you have a smooth finish on there now it would look good or putting some aftermarket mirrors on it.

 

went to meijer last night to pick up some touch-up paint and they have chrysler paint touch-up with colors and paint numbers. might try somewhere that has it.
