Driver/Passenger door speakers
I didn't read it was single cab, woops, lol. I believe they are 5 1/4 or 5 1/2. If you have 6.5", someone replaced the stock ones. If you are replacing them, I would go with 5 1/2. If your's was 5 1/4 stock, it's not that hard to make a little room for .5 inch. Usually they are the same price, and the 5.5 sounds just a little better all around, depending on your brand. Upperline (Alpine, Kenwood, Kicker, Infinity, MB Quart, etc) 5 1/4 will output a cheap walmart/autozone 5.5 anyday.
Just for kicks I plan on going with MB Quart compenents up front in my extended cab, and some Blaupunkts or Alpine Type E in my rear. I had a cheap set of older model Blaupunkts, with a full inch tweeter built in. They sounded great, only thing was the cone was made of a paper like material, and those wear out MUCHHH faster than the composite materials they are using now. Alpine Type E's are the base model that contains Kevlar in their material. Doesn't do much for sound, just increases the longevity of the speaker.
Boy, do I like to ramble.

When I've talked to the reps at Crutchfield they have told me that you can fit 6x9's up front so I don't know why their site lists 5.25"s and 6.5" ones for the front. The only thing I can think of is maybe most of the 6x9's are too deep idk. The stock ones are the only 6x9's I've had up front ever since I've replaced them I've had 6.5"s in there.
watch your depth and height in the doors. there are limits....
