Which lift is better?

My 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 is stock and was wondering what would be a good first step in suspension without doing anything drastic or very costly-I am debating between a 3" Performance Accessories body lift or a Skyjacker 2.5" suspension lift that comes with the front springs and two leaves for the rear-Any suggestions/advice would be great thanks

I have the suspension lift and love it. Easy to install as well

I think a suspension lift is better then a body lift. Easy to install, and truck will probably ride better.
