Guys, is this really necessary? If the guy wants to put lambo doors on his truck, let him. Just because somebody wants to do something different to their vehicle doesn't mean you have to jump all over him. I might not personally like lambo doors on trucks, but that doesn't mean I have to be a jerk about it.

If you want a good source of lambo doors and other custom stuff, try NOPI or AutoLoc.

I agree, if he wants to do it, then by all means do it, it's his truck. I wasn't really jumping all over him or trying to be a jerk, I just wanted to post that picture because I think it is hilarious.

The only problem I usually have with guys who want to do lambo doors is that most say they are doing it so their truck will be custom and unique. Yet, they go buy a kit to do it. That's not custom, that's just aftermarket. That's like saying your CAI is a custom air intake or your hypertech programmer is a custom PCM tune. If your truly trying to be unique and custom, then design and fabricate the mod yourself, don't buy it out of some catalog.

 

It's hard to find the time to do that when you'rebusy customizing your truck with halo euro tail lights, halo headlights, indiglo gauges, FIPKs etc...

 

we have heavvvvvvvvy doors tho, i think theyd wear out quickly unless these hinges are monsters.... we all know how good the factory hinges are :P thank god i replaced mine

 

All I can say is...dude! Not my taste but its your truck. Like mentioned above our doors are heavy and the lambo doors WILL sag after some time.

If I didn't have four doors I'd rather change my door to suicide...won't sag and just my falvor.

 

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! suicide doors sound way better++++++++++++++++People will be able to see your custom door pods /speaker door pods.....I would go with the suicide doors myself.........
