are reg cab and ext cab doors the same?
as the title states, im going to buy raingguards but the set i want says standard 2 door cab. are the doors the same size?

Yeah I think they're the same. From what I've seen when buying those rain guards or vent shields or what ever you call em. The standard two door don't come with the guards for the rear side windows, and the extended cab four door do.
