RE: drivers side wheel bearing and hub ***.
well, depends....if you search on here you'll find that some have had a real bad time getting things apart.. others have found ways to get through it fairly well...I think theres a DYI at Pavementsucks.com that shows it really well.. might want to look at it then decide if your up to the task....its by no means an impossible task.. but can be tough...hubs are hard to get off...especially on older trucks... spindle nuts can be a PITA.. but not impossible. Having a good U-joint tool makes it alot easier to do yourself...and a hub puller might help..although many have gotten the hub off with out it...some creative ways.. one thing though.... if you decide to do it.. just be careful when you finally pull the axel assemby out.. you dont want to damage the axel seals...Use the search.. theres more then a few posts on it here...

just did that pretty much last week. had to replace the u joint, I work at a garage so ide say it was moderate on the difficult scale, if you dont have impact tools it will be much harder to do, i had an impact to take the axle nut of and and impact chisle to get the hub assembly off so its not that bad.
