Default Wiring up accessories safely

So I got to thinking today that over the course of time, i've added a variety of accessories that each needed a 12v switched power source. Fog lights, Sirius radio, trans temp gauge, air/fuel meter, and now a tach and diff temp gauge. Each install, I was careful to find a 12v switched power source that I could tap into that wasn't already being tapped into by one of my other aftermarket accessories. Problem is, I think I have now run out of places to splice into for power, and I don't really like doing that alot anyway. I think it is time to set up a dedicated accessory power block so that I don't overload something or cause an electrical fire. Having never done this before though, how would one do this? Are there any good write-ups on how to wire up a new fuse box or power block for just your accessorries so you don't have to splice into your factory wiring.

Thanks.

Do you want a dedicated line off the battery?
You could run a 12 ga wireoff of a 30 amp fuse to a relay under the dash. Then use the accessory wire from your ign switch to turn the relay on and off.
Then run your extra accessories off the relay each with their own 10 amp fuse.
Most of your add ons are pretty low amp devices except for the fog lights

I guess you could install an extra fuse box under the dash too if you like.

Thanks PA, that is exactly what I was looking for. Going to see if I can pick one up tomorrow (Autozone is a dealer for them). If not, Summit has the one I want.
