I need feedback from a 1995 dodge ram 5.9 or similar i want to find out at what idle is the truck when it is turned on and in park please, i think that the truck is off the rpm since i barely got the truck

mine is 500 strong in park,in d at idle is a hair under that. maybe 400 rpm

should be about 1000 rpm cold, 500-600 when warm. if you have high or low, or surging, its probably the IAC, do a search for about a million posts, including this one.
