I dunno I've got 33s on mine and 12mpg is like my worst around town mileage with a 5.9
I get like 15 on the highway.

I ran mob1 the first 2 oil changes then at 18k switched to amsoil 25k and change it every 7500 miles, comes out pretty clean, make sure you use amsoil filter roughly 15 bucks but worth it.
I also run the severe gear in my front and rear diffs. The severe gear is rated at 100k miles, just drain and check for those Fing c clips and then refill.
I'm in the low 30k right now on my truck

Amsoil is one of the best oil's available (my opinion) but unless you run it for extended periods (15K+) I don't think it's worth the premium price.
Mobil 1 or Pennzoil Platinum will protect just as wellif your changing in under 10K.
