Uh, no. Thats no SBC, unless they started putting the distributors in at the front at a 30 degree angle like chrysler big blocks


However, you are right in the sense that it does not have a blower on it.

No worries bro, I would bet you were looking at the 4 bolt valve covers. When I went back to check, that was the first thing I saw but then I noticed they seemed a bit rounded on the ends, then I saw the chrysler style alternator and then the dist., which really does not stand out too well. Either way, the guy is full of BS.

I was thinking that wasn't a blower too when i first looked. His write up doesn't say it's a supercharger or blower but it does use the weiand name. Then I looked at the picture of the engine and the one from the top almost looks like a SC belt closer to the motor. However, it's only a shadow from the high rise intake. And it's impossible for that to be a belt on top of the intake. It actually looks photoshoped now that I look at it again!
