what is expensive
how hard are they to install
were do you get them from what brand

specifics.

You can get cheapo $100-150 sets on eBay but personally if it was me I'd do it right the first time and get either an Xenon Depot kit as I've heard good things about them or piece together one from OEM parts. Then you really need a retro fit if you want it right so you then need projecters and either someone to make them fit inside the headlight housing or pay someone to do it which is super expensive.

My brother bought an HID kit off ebay for his truck. They are 12,000K. He bought them $150. They fit right into his stock headlights housing without any awkward modifications. They look absolutely magnificent too. You can see the roads so beautifully, and they look so damn street. It's the next thing I'm working on. I'm going to have HIDs in my headlights, and the foglights, should look really badass. Big black truck with limo tint, roaring down the road with some shiny *** blue HIDs, cannot wait

they look good, but without projector housings, your going to be blinding everybody else coming and going. They do work good though.

12000k? Wow if thats actually the true temp rating of them they are probably pretty purple. 4300k is supposed to be the best vision wise but be pretty white. For a mix of color and light output I'd look into 6000k probably. Even 8000k would probably have some color to them but 12000k either thats just one of those ads that make up stuff and just are saying that or those things are really really colorful.

When you getting limo tint on your front 01DodgeRam360?

My bad, they are 10,000K. They are very solid blue. They look fantastic. It's cool too, because you really know it's him coming at you.

But hometheater, I just got all my demerit points back today. So Wednesday I'm taking my chances, and having the front two windows limot tinted. The guy doing it for me had to special order it though because he said dodge trucks have extra wide windows. I just had my mechanic slap a state inspection sticker today so I can get a good year out of it. I'm pretty excited, I love the privacy you get. It's also really nice in the summertime when you have your a/c on, it keeps the vehicle cool.

After the tint I'm getting the 10,000K HIDs my brother has. I really like the look. I think it will look really cool in the foglights too.

What is the bi xenon kit? I looked into HID's but figured I would have to run a dual set up for my sport.

Plus to keep your high beams you need to get a bi xenon kit for these trucks which is also expensive.
But sooo worth it. I had a set in GAGT than i transfered to my Ram. Mine are 8000k, and I will be getting a set of 6000k bulbs for when these go out.

The lighting difference is amazing, and very much worth it.

Do it. You won't go back to halogens.
