Hey im kind of new here i just made an account not to long ago. This is going to be my first car when i start to drive im only 16 probly the youngest on here i live in NJ . The truck is a 1995 ram 1500 with a 5.2 in it dad gave it to me when he bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee we have had it for 12 years only has 124,333 miles on it with original transmission so far. For now i probly wont be asking a whole lot of questions i just like to come on here and read about some of the things you guys are doing or trying to fix on these trucks rite now it just needs a new catalytic converter and the rust fixed a bottom of drivers side door.

If you are going to replace the cat, get a high flow model. Magnaflow makes a good one. You'll get a small increase in power and a little boost in acceleration. And if you do any exhaust modifications later, the high flow cat will help even more.
