i put a deposit on it today, has 109k on it, nice truck...total will be just below $8,000

but what do you guys know about if it's commercial lease? it says that on the carfax, the dealer said we can call back monday and get the deposit back if we don't like something in the carfax, but the guy is also a mechanic, and he has another dodge ram there that had 150k when he sold it to a farmer who didnt give a **** about it and never changed the oil or nothing and traded it in at 198k at the same place, and it runs good... and the truck (the one i have the deposit on) has a 4/05 inspection, and they give it an inspection and new sticker right before they sell it anyway... (i think)
but will it be ok? or should i get the deposit back and look for another truck, the truck seemed very ok other than that...

It could have been a fleet truck for either a rental company (such as Enterprise or Hertz) or a private company vehicle. Only way to tell for sure is to do a title search on it to see who the previous owners were (might be able to do that through the DMV). If it looks like it's been taken care of, you'll probably be fine with it. My truck was a fleet vehicle for a private company, and it's done good by me.
