Turn on wipers and remove key from ignition when they reach the top.
bend wiper are back at the joint.
Flip wiper over, there is a small clip in the center of the u shaped end.
Depress clip and pull downward in a parallel motion to the wiper arm. It'll take a bit of tugging, but it should pop out.
