Engine stalling upon acceleration
I have noticed that when I start the truck after it has cooled it runs and drives fine for 2-3 miles then it starts to miss and stall when I accelerate. It does this consistently time after time. Again I have no codes. I have changed the ox sensor as a shot in the dark but, that did not work. Please help, the next place for it to go is the dealer. That is going to hurt.

Clogged cat maybe? With a clogged cat.. sometimes they will idle fine.. but the minute you start driving they will have a serious loss of power and will miss....
Its not the cat., I cut it open years ago and removed the guts welded it back up and installed the ox. sensor back in it. Do you think the ox. sensor may be bad? I changed the ox. sensor about 4 years ago when I did the above task. No codes from computer.

I would think that if the O2 sensor was bad you'd be getting a code..but.. never say never... I think the Haynes manual has a whole thing on how to test it with a volt meter to see if its working properly.. you running a sim for the out sensor?
Maybe your feul pump is on its way out or the filter.. ( which is part of the pump..) is clogging.. that would cause a decent idle but starvation when trying to go under power..acceleration and such..

It's possible the IAC isn't closing after you come off Idle and bogging the engine down. Clean the throttle body and check your IAC and see if it or the hole it regulates is full of gunk and clean it.
