Default interior lighting help

I have a 2001 QC and my interior lights don't work. They havent worked for bout a year since I have had the truck. It was missing a door switch when I got it and I ut it on the drivers side and the chime thing started to work and I got on for the passenger side too. The outside cab light doesn't get power and neither does the interior cab light. There was no blub in the inside but the socket is kinda burnt. They is no power on both of the lights. I think there is power out of the headlight switch but not sure, checked it awhile back. Does anyone have any comment that might help me?

If the socket looks kinda burnt there might be some wiring problems, maybe who ever had it before you put to big of a fuse in it and it cooked some stuff?
