To get away from the free for all, does anyone have any other sources for tow hooks/brackets?

Just go to to a GM dealership and say you need a set of tow hooks for the front of a 1996 silverado. $20 bucks. That's what i did.

Have you got pics of what they look like?

Thanks !!
Here are the only pics i have of them, taken the day i put them on: https://dodgeforum.com/m_440270/tm.htm

Also those interested---I would prefer to sell everything, rather than sell the brackets to person A and the hooks to person B. Its a package deal,$60 +shipping/handling....the first PM gets"dibs."

---note--- remember these are USED and have a fews scratchesand scuff marks.

I got my tow hooks off Ebay. The were from a dealership, all Mopar parts, still in the factory Mopar box. They came with the brackets and all the bolts etc to put them on.
Installation was really easy because everything just bolts right up. If your truck is a sport you will have to cut out the spots for the hooks in the bottom of the bumper, OR you can do what I did and get a new bumper cover with the holes already in it. And as far as the original hooks looking chinsey, I was actually impressed with how heavy duty they actually were...

Like these I'm guessing.

I have the Mopar ones on the front (came with the truck) and I like them.

It looks like they bend up a bit. They look really good though. They were only 20 bucks for the PAIR ?

Yeah only $20 +tax at the local GM dealership. You could flip them aroundif you don't like the way they are bent, or use washers as a spacer for the front bolts, that would make them sit level. I was going todo the latter but ended up taking themoff before i evergot around to it. They had enough clearance for a6" tow strap. The one on the left (passenger side) wasbent upwards more than the other for some reason....GM product for ya-brand new and its defective

I wonder if they could be pounded or pressed flat and then re-powdercoated?

I have a 98 sport model that is apprently missing the holes for the tow hooks in that bottom plastic flap. Does anyone have the part number for the piece that would replace it with pre-cut holes?
