yes these people are good people, I just bought a 46re for my jeep grand cherokee from these people. The only bad thing about them, is because they are the cheepest people around, their turn around time was nearly three weeks, but I was willing to do that to say several hundred dollars. Hey also just a tip, call them, and act skepticle, and ask to include a torque converter. I got mine thrown in for free (140 dollar value)

I don't know that thats that slow for a transmission. My APS took longer than that although it was around Christmas time. He took my order on Christmas Eve. Thats what you call service. Working on Christmas Eve. He was great to deal with but not the fastest. He more than made up for it though.

wow working on Christmas Eve, that sounds like dedication to me. Even if they were working, you think they would not be answering the phone. Either way, I think everyone has a couple week turn around time because for the most part I think all the companies make the transmissions vehicle specific.

My son bought his from there but I did some digging on line and they have quite a few BBB complaints I went with DR. Evil a little more money but to have a trans that lasts I think it is worth it. You could also look at Tomsriver but again they have a couple complaints.
