I want one of those clear ones. Where can I get it and what should I expect to spend?

Hmm can't say that I like those clear diff. covers, they aren't exactly the most flattering unit on a truck to see in action lol. I think the chrome covers look really sharp though. It is something I defiantly would like to do at some point (great another stupid thing for me to spend money[8D]).

The chrome ones aren't too bad in price though

I personally am not so sure I like chrome differential covers though. I think I'd rather keep my stock ones.

I don't really like the look of chrome diff covers on anything other then a show car/truck. Chrome diff covers only look good if the rest of your axle, shocks, brakes, frame, etc around it look good too. Most trucks that are running a chrome diff cover have muddy, rusted out, pitted up shocks and axle tubes, and oily differential housings. Just looks stupid to me when everything under your truck looks like crap, but you have a nice shiny cover in the middle of it all. Makes it stick out like a sore thumb. Just my 2 cents.

That clear cover is interesting.

Chrome is fine. I used to like it. Now I like red, or some color that matches the truck. I think there is a MOPAR Rams head out there somewhere.

I powdercoated my chrome diff cover (10yrs ago). Really need to get something much strongernow, if I stick with the 9.25 rear end. (painting diff/axles regardlessnext week)
