In addition to throttle body gasket, make sure you have the gasket between TB and air intake.

Well there's 1 thing...there was no gasket between tb and air intake....was only that silver ring to hold it down to the tb.

You need one, regardless if it is the problem or not. http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...RPFILTAMS_____

Looking at your fuelly data, 100% city driving and still only getting 5.1mpg? If that's a correct number you got issues... Should get a squeak better then that!

Yeah haha...that's all correct...as far as the numbers I have put in...frkn sucks....but I think its partially because of my driving...with me just getting my license and my first truck....i sorta drive aggressively...so im starting to calm down on that lol...I may be able to run past the auto store tonight or tomorrow and grab that gasket to put on...

I would be willing to bet that your Airbox is not sitting flush with the throttle body.

Also, if you are running a 14x3 or any type of open element, then THAT is why you are hearing that.

I hope you dis not buy a new cat.

I was shaking my head after two pages and no one said that....until the bottom of the second page when the gasket was mentioned.
