Has anyone installed one of the tailgate torsion bars like easy lift or tailgate dampers like EZ down?Didn't find anything witha search. Maybe everyone is scared they'll be called a wuss if they admit they have one. Good thing I'm secure in my masculinity...

I've seen thetorsion bar for as little as $15 shipped.

Any feedback on if they work well, last or are a pain to install?

 

ive actually never seen or heard of it. but i have no tailgate issues mine easily goes up and down with one hand or a few fingers... maybe im just lucky?
