Reset the what? If you're asking if it has reset the PCM, then yes.

disconnecting the battery for about 5 minutes will reset the pcm. give it a couple of days to relearn the motor after you reconnect it. usually 300 or so miles with a couple of cold start cycles will do it.

So yeah, back to the topic... What's a good tool to use for evening and smoothing things up as the reciprocating saw I used made a slanted cut in a set of runners?

I burned two of those out, anything else? I already burned 2 of those out and now I have to exchange for a new one.

I used a rotozip with a cutoff wheel... craftsman has a mandrel that is pretty tough where you can use the dremel cutoff wheels on it. worked great. wear safety glasses... they break easily.
