Default RE: tranny skipping 2nd

Look into the TV cable between the throttle body and transmisison. It controls your 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. One of4 things has probably occurred.
[ol][*]The actual cable wire has become disconnected at the throttle body or transmission[*]The sheathing that the cable runs through has become disconencted at the throttle body or transmisison (I suspect at the tranny)[*]The TV cable has totally come out of adjustment and needs re-adjusted[*]The TV cable is broke.[/ol]
Within the last two weeks I posted the actual pages of the 2001 Dodge Service Manual that discusses this in another thread. Just seach for TV cable here in 2nd gen and you should find thoseto download.
