In the under hood fuse box swap the ASD and horn relays.
See if the horn works

Check all the fuses under hood too

See if it starts

I have a problem how do I know if it is my started that is bad the auto shutdown relay lit up. I looked under the hood and the ac clutch relay was clicking so I took it out I had the battery completely charged and then I bought a new relay thinking that is what it was but then the ASD relay kept clicking then you could also hear the clicking in the fuel pump wire if someone is out there that can lead me in the right direction then let me know.

Actually I had the same problem a short while back. THe battery is good but your not getting a good ground to the computer. Clean the battery posts/connecters with a baking soda wash. If the problem pesitts check the ground wires to the computer and chasis replace them if the are giving any ohm reading at all.

If this doesn't work then I have no other idea's.

you can check the asd and the fuel relays at the same time. put one finger on both and have someone turn the truck on, you should feel a click when they're turned on and they have a soft off so you won't feel them turn off. i believe they're only supposed to click once. i know it ain't a fix but its progress.
