Should I get a dealer filter or one from Fishers or Napa?

Just go to your local FLAPS and get a Wix filter. They're the best, and you won't have to bend over while paying for it. Make certain you get the filter kit with the rubber seal for the pan and not the cork seal.

autozone for $5.99. It will be a wix made filter just not the name printed on it.

I can't find a local place that has Wix Filters. Napa is ATP or something and I don't know who fishers sells.

I'm sure any of them will be fine. I've used lots of ATP filters with no problems.
Are they substantially cheaper than the Mopar ones?

Yeah they were about $5 cheaper than what I ended up getting it for at the dealer after showing them what the retail was listed at on a online site. The kit with the gasket was only $5 more though and I think I paid like $15 from the dealer. Anyway I went to the dealer and got the Mopar ones for piece of mind. I paid a little over $30 for the filter and gasket.

Did it come with the plastic/rubber reusable gasket?

Yeah it was plastic/rubber. I probably could have reused my old one as it was like this but I replaced it anyway as someone told me to.

How many times can you reuse these?

unlimited
Unless it cracks.
I'd take it back if your is good. The gasket probably cost more than the filter

I've reused mine at least 3 time already

Just dont get it too tight, or else the gasket will squeeze out.
