Most forums have a chat room. I continue to see 20, 30 page threads from people going back and forth multiple times a min.Things could get accomplished much faster with a chat room, space would not be taken up on the domain, and people would be able to get a better sense of whats happening. Anyone else agree?

 

I completely agree, if needed i could help code a chat room, unless this server has one provided and just not set up. Either way, i can pretty much help.

Chat room would be nice...but I do like a way to document information and stupidity!

 

Lol, DT has a chat, but .... Dont really know many people over there. I kno i'd be in it pretty often if there was one on DF since I like itbetter. That seems to be the problem with DT sometimes, lack of people. If we did have one, I'd be better if we had our own chat like we have our own OT thread vs. site wide

 

Ya thats at good plan, we could have our own chat "sections" for each generation as for the forums(though i know something like that would take time and probably wouldnt happen but its an idea). We would still post questions and ideas in topics, but we could chat about well anything and answer quick simple little questions that would arise. But like i said, if higher higher says its a go ill help as much as i can with coding if needed, or forum setup. Though judging by the way the forum is setup now, there doesnt seem to be help needed.
