A locker? I don't know about that. It's my understanding from reading about them on here and on the internet, that they are designed exclusively for "offroading". A limited slip is a much more suitable compromise for a daily driver, and will not make the truck hop around on corners and turns. Most guys here go with Detroit or Auburn for a limited slip unit. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. Pretty confident that's right though, especially seeing the bullcrap I'm going with on my rear end..

If you want a locker you might look into an ARB airlocker. its a on demand system
http://www.arbusa.com/air_locker.php

With this you get great street drive and a solid axle setup when you need it.

Anyone know the stock axles on a 95 Sport? Is it normal for the rearmost u-joint on the driveshaft to have 2 different cup sizes?

Yeah lockers aren't very good for a DD. I assume if you want them though you already knew that.
