I had a no upshift problem on my 1999 Intrepid. I could, while turn key in neutral and restart put back in gear and it would shift somewhat ok. When ZI reached approximately 10 km an hour it would downshift harshly and then present problem again. I removed and replaced data sensor in front of gears hift lever on transmission and now it worksas well i as it ever did.
