If you have to ask I'd probably take it to a shop. Thats just my opinion not trying to be mean. If you know how to do rear end stuff you can do it ourself. Me personally I'd take it to a shop as I don't have a clue what I'm doing back there when it comes to anything more than changing the fluid.
I would not do it your self, you have to reset the gear backlash.
Its fairly picky, too loose and you have a slam when it shifts and you let off the gas, too tight and your gears will wear out, casue heat, ect ect...
