Default Urgent power problems!!!

I've just swapped cabs on my truck. I went to cut the hood light out of the parts truck, but think I got two wires at the same time. Since then, that cab has no interior lights, and no radio. The rest of the truck runs fine; the head and park lights are fine, and turn signals are fine - just the interior lights and radio. I have checked all the fuses, and swapped around relays, but no help. Also, are seat belts on deluxe cabs supposed to lock with the key off? Thanx!!

All of those problems are 1. Check the IOD (ignition off demand i think) fuse inside the inside fuse panel....i'ts one with a plastic tab over it that you pretty much have to break to take off. The seatbelts are supposed to latch after 20 mins i beleive as there are solenoids inside the retractors that need to be energized to be released....they draw about .5A together, so they're deenergized after no ignition or no door opening and 20 mins have passed. But the IOD fuse feeds the seatbelt module, so right now your solenoids are only getting power when the seatbelt module is energized through the ignition feed (the box does have both, i had to cut my IOD feed to the module to keep them from killing the batt, they got stuck on). Interior lights, constant feed to the radio, and underhood light are all fed by that fuse. It's 10A if i recall correctly. should be fuse 12?

Thank you so much!! That was the only fuse I had not checked! That cleared up all my problems. You rule, man!
