hmmm. lol. I haven't ever had one like that since I've owned the truck. Well, since it's cheap I'll go get one tomorrow. I gotta repair that leak and figure out the acceleration problem I had when I test drove it.

It doesnt matter really. Its not a vacume leak, it just makes a wistle sometimes.

Depending on which Filter you get, they have knock out holes for the breather that you can attach the rubber line to.

No i got a big valve cover breather from advance. The leak concerns coolant somewhere near the top portion of the timing cover
