Default Where can I get best price for a motor.....

The 360 motor in my 98 Ram 1500 4x4 has a cracked cylinder that left scratches in cylinder walls, so...........
I have to find a remanufactured engine. Where can I find the best price????

sadly i just saw a site earlier today that did remans and offered a virtual life time warranty, checked my history and everything and couldnt find it....

3875 Aint a bad deal for everything you get. The electronic ignition, i'm assuming is for turn-key?

BTW that motor works motor isn't what you want. It's carbed and a pre magnum one. It's not what you need.

The other site may or may not have what you need. I just glanced over it.

You could elminate the pcm stuff. I wouldn't say it's not what he needs, but if he's accustom to the EFI then he probably would like the Carb. Racer are you lookin for power or mpg?

Unless he wants a ton of work ahead of him thats not what he wants. I've also read that isn't the way to go from John at Southeast RT. He was talking about it in a old thread a PS.

Oh, well yeah. Time and Money and you can do whatever you want. For ease, you'd probably want to find a cosmetically wrecked ram at a junkyard. They get kinda pricey rebuilt cause of the wiring. "Painless wiring" might be able to help if you can find a magnum 94-01.
