I don't know if I am so sure about those lol. I'm nervous to buy them, and then wind up hating them. I don't know how those halo rings are going to look either, might look tacky. There is a guy selling euro sport headlights including bulbs for $200. They look nice, I asked him if he'd sell them for $150. Then I will buy them. If the orange looks ok, I'll keep it, but at some point I want to have clear corners, I just like the look of clear.
How bad are your clear corners? Could you not dry them out and reseal them? That wouldn't cost much just take a little time. Thats what I did with mine that and added a drain hole after I noticed they were leaking.
Yeah that is a good point. Really what I want is just the headlight parts for the sport, and then just fix my corners and get them all sealed up good. But I don't want to spend $200 on headlights, and not even use the corners that come with it. I just think it's stupid that they don't make anything cool for the sport headlights.
Also with those black headlights I don't really like the amber reflector in them. I wouldn't want to modify them to take it out either. I'd try to find a set without those. I still say if you are going to do anything get regular sport ones. Also what about just trying some of that headlight restore stuff on yours? Have you thought about that?

Those would look really awesome on your truck. Have you thought about those?
There are not many aftermarket headlights I've heard good things about other than look wise for many cars. They just don't seem to have as good of light output usually and most of them just aren't up to the quality of OEM ones.

Yeah I actually ran those for a little while. They looked incredible, but I just couldn't compromise my visibility anymore. I plan to do HIDs at some point, so those wouldn't really work either.
HID's will melt most aftermarket light housings.
simply put the reason the projectors dont work is they require more power than the stock bulbs. if you already have sport lights then just fix them... unless you have a crack in the glass it's not that hard... just look up how to make your own clear corners and do the same process. if the glass itself is hazy use some novus or mcguires "PlastX" and it'll take care of all those little scratches and pits that make em look milky or fogged, and bring them back to a nice shiny clear.
BTW i picked up a set of sport lights at the local u-pull it for only $100 including a fair bit of wiring harness and four good bulbs. you just have to know where to look and how to bargin

Yeah don't HID's get extrememly hot? I'd be weary of them in the aftermarket headlights. Plus the aftermarket headlights supposed to have some weird cutoff line or something. A guy on PS did a thread on how to remove it though. I'll see what I can find.

He did put HID's in there though so I guess you can wait and see how his hold up.
