Here's steps from a chilton's manual for door panel removal

Roll window down
Remove window crank (or for pwr, remove the switches)
Disengage clips holding power window/lock switch panel to door trim panel. Disengage wire connectors from switch panel, if equipped.
Remove screws holding door trim panel to door from inside arm rest pull cup.
Remove screw holding door trim panel to outside mirror frame.
Using a suitable prying tool, disengage clips holding door trim to door around perimeter of trim panel.
While holding bottom of trim panel away from door, lift upward.
Separate door trim panel from inner belt weather-strips
Disengage power outside mirror wire connector from control switch
Separate door trim panel from vehicle

or here's a link I found for door glass removal but it shows pics on how to remove the door panel...

It's kinda a pain. You might be able to get the switch out without taking the whole pannel off though. I don't know, I refuse to get power windows or locks...
