Seat Adjustment
I had a 66 3/4 ton and loved it. I recently pirchased a 98 1/2 ton and love it.....mostly! The fuel mileage is a bit rough, but such is life. My big problem is that my wife uses the back seat quite a bit and the seat mechanism doesn't work the way I think that it should. I'm told that 98 was the first year of the 4 door extended cab, but mine does not have the doors on the extended cab. Therefore, to get to the back seat we have to slide the passenger's front seat up. I pull the lever and the seat back tips up and the seat slides forward. The problem is that when I try to slide the seat back I need to again hold the lever and guess where the seat back was before the move. Is there something I don't know about the seats, or is this problem a product of having a 98 without the doors on the extended cab?
Thanks,
Thanks,
