Default Mystery wet spot

OK, guys I’ll try to remember what I can from what I saw by just checking over my truck. I didn’t have a lot of time to really dig into what I saw.

On the passenger side of the front axel, I’m assuming this is the CAD unit. It looks like thick oil is very slowly dripping. I don’t see anything dripping off the engine block. What would this be, and is this a sign of needing to replace/remove the CAD?

I also noticed a little bit of coolant puddle on the underside of a screw on the transmission pan. I didn’t have time to trace the leak back, probably just a dripping hose. Any thought on this would be much appreciated.

The truck is a ’98 2500 4X4 with the 5.9(360) 110,000 miles on mostly original parts.

Posting pictures might be a little hard, but if need be I’ll try tomorrow.
