9007 bulbs in low beam holes and 9004s in the high beam holes. Changed the summer stalk, changed the actual headlight switch, all wires, and grounds appear good. Lights were not modded to stay on highs with fogs, none of that. I seriously at a loss!
What year is your truck, and is it a sport?

With or without DRL?

It looks like the headlamp switch controls the ground side of the circuit, and with the quad headlamps, all it really does is control a relay... Might try swapping the relay with another one, just to see if it is 'stuck'......

yes that's why I switched out the switch as I thought I wasn't grounding. Well I'm off work today and the kids are At school so I really want to get this figured out. I'll give the relays a try. I honestly cannot remember if I tested it properly. Thanks.

Ok, headlamp switch only controls ground. So, apparently, you have the circuit grounded somewhere before the switch. Yank the high beam relay, do they go out?

Found the issue! Relay was sticking. All the lights are working fine and as they should now. Still going to get a new relay as the one sticking is sure to do it again. Thanks for the help!
