Default Transmission 46RH Troubles

Ok, I have this problem with my transmission. When I accelerate the gearing go 1st-2nd-1st-3rd-4th-lock

If I WOT it will not shift into 3rd.

What I've done so far, filter change, Bands Adjusted, Check Valve removed, New TV Cable.

The Chrysler dealership told me rebuilt it. But, the transmission did not have any metal shavings in the pan when the filter was changed and the fluid was not burnt. The transmission feels fine other than the way it shifts there is no slipping.

Any other suggestions ?

I had a similar problem just a month ago. My truck would not shift into second gear. I tore the tranny out to have it rebuilt and it turned out to be a broken band strut. My instructor at school and the tech told me it was a common problem. Might be a good time to have it rebuilt. Good Luck
