What kind of mileage are you seeing out of your Ram?
I've been averaging 15MPG on mine. But im hoping the repaired tranny will help. and hoping that when i get my manifold leak and cylinder misfire fixed it will improve some
I have not checked lately as I have not been approved for the loan to fill it up yet. haha
Actually I am just about to replace the fuel pump and have not filled my truck up in awhile. I am hoping that when that is replaced, the hypertech programer III and the new exhaust installed it should be better. Before that though I was averaging 13 on hwy and very bad in town. The best I have gotten is 15 on hwy. I can still average 11 pulling a 3500 lbs boat.
It is a truck and I will accept the fact that it will not get the mileage thatmy wifesNeon gets.

Well, I filled up yesterday. 20.6 Gallons with 383.7 miles = 18.6 MPG's. That's still better then I was getting before I started experimenting. I guess that is luck?
Hey man, I can see from your post you aren't trying to bash, just pointing out my own words to me. No harm to my ego, as I think I can take a little critisizm, especially when I make myself look like an *** on the internet [sm=smiley20.gif]. I admit, I was basing my numbers off the position of my gas guage, and the miles I had traveled. I should not have done that, because the gas guage is never as accurate as we would like. I filled up when the gas light turned on, which was right under a quarter of a tank, and that's how much it filled up to.
Once I get some money, I plan on down grading a size in tires (I bet that's a first on this site for a 4X4 guy) and doing the routine fluid changes. A few things fixed, and the truck will run like new, just not look it
