well what if you could make the alt pulley smaller, then it would keep up power. that would kind of deffet the purpose of the underdrive alittle.

I honestly wouldn't do it. For the price I've seen them at I don't see that its worth the money. I've found them for $207 and $233 but if you waited and saved another $100 you could get a KRC cam of your choice. Just my 2 cents. Let us know what you do.

I think I paid $70 for mine on ebay. Speed shop was lookin to unload them. I am not sure if I would have paid full price for them.

I just went with the crank pulley. Believe it was 65$. I am getting rid of mine with the new belt if anyone is interested. I started a thread about some stuff I am downloading.

at summit, for 150 you get both a crank an an alternator pulley, I think i may buy a set after I get my gears in my truck, I am really starting to pull heavy trailors, and i need to wake this motor up some, the 4.88s are definately going to help, but I think this would to, probably around 10 hp I would think

Not from a Ram but my 2 cents on them

I have them on my stang. A good number of people said they had charging issues with them. I never had a problem. I have a higher amp alt so that might help. I can't remember how much sotp differenceI felt after the install though cause it was such a long time ago. If you can get them cheap enough I'd say go for it
