Axel Swap Question

I got a smoking deal on a set of 2005 POWERWAGON axels ($900 for front&rear). I want to put them under my 2001 1500.

Has anyone done this conversion???

It doesn't look like there will be much to it, but why re-invent the wheel if its already been done. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated!!!
