Default code 0720

i was driving to work this morning when my truck started to sputter slightly and sounded weird before i turned it off. on my way back home i got about 6 miles down the road and the truck started sputtering hard and stalled out. my engine light came on two days ago and it said it was an O2 sensor but then turned off until today where the new code of p0720 came on after the truck stalled. i replaced the air filter and sprayed it with the cleaner and my truck starts but after about 30 seconds it starts to sputter and stall again. could this be due to the OSS sensor? im at a loss right now please help

No it's the output shaft speed sensor. You can get on at any auto parts store, Rockauto, probably even Amazon. Easy to switch out it's on the driver's side on the upper part of the tail housing. I just replaced mine. Easy peasy!

Speed sensor shouldn't make the engine stall..... That's a separate problem.

Could try unplugging the O2 sensor, and see if the truck wants to run.
