BS level DEFCON 5! Magnum owners beware!

 

Well, it might not be BS, it might just choke off the engine for so much air that the PCM pulls a heck of a lot of fuel. Sort of like a reverse performance TB.

 

Restrictor plate , hope thats what he not trying to sell , thats been around for awhile in nascar ...

 

I am already running very lean according to my spark plugs (rich idel, lean WOT). Probably because my catalytic converter is gutted and i have before and after cat O2 sensors. THe second one is reading rich and pulling fuel. Good thing i have 24lb/hr injectors.

 

You can get that increase by slowing down to 55. I would never say it, but...I think you are pulling a fast one here. I get 15-18 highway, so for a 318, it should not be hard to get 20.

My challenge to you is to (1) take it off and do at least 3 tanks, and average them. We just got off winter gas so we all went up 1-3 mpg. (2) Send one of your plates to HankL. He is an engineer and will test the crap out of it for you.

The behives I see are square cubes (boxes). The old style behives are not allowed in the US anymore.
