Has Anyone out here tried the water and fuel for better mileage or hydro assist, or run your vehicle on water....

it just doesn't sound like a good thing to try if you ask me. If your looking for better gas milage sell your truck and buy a honda

Acetone won't work either; however, it will strip the paint off your truck if you are not careful I have heard.

Think about it. If it was a great addition, and significantly help fuel mileagage we all ( especially US) would have it. It would go like this: "Welcome to Dodgeforum newbie, hey you have got to get ...."

Then you better get rid of your truck.
