Default Check ball or valve or whatever?

Anyone have a picture of the hose with the check ball or whatever in it for the transmission that most guys say to remove? I want to make sure mine is removed and have no idea where it is. I asked the shop to do it when they put the transmission in but Im starting to wonder if they did. The reason why is I have read of people saying that it wont move after sitting a few days until you leave it in neutral for a few minutes to let the tq converter fill up with fluid again. Mine doesnt do that. I could let it sit a week then get in it and drive right off no problem. I want to make sure it really is gone. Anyone know where I need to look? Whats involved in removing it? I do have a BandM cooler does this matter or change anything? The forum seems off so I cant use any commas or and signs or anything like that or it messes it up.

Ok, well I found a thread from IndyRamMan with a picture of some hoses and what they were saying was it but its hard to tell and I dont know exactly which it is or what Im looking for on mine. Mine seems like a totally different setup to me. Where his comes out of the radiator and goes to what I think they are saying is the check valve mine comes out and goes straight back to one of the hard lines. I took some pictures of my setup and am hoping some of you guys can tell me if its in there or not. Anyone know from these pictures?Forum is messed up so just try to copy and paste the links to your browser. It wont let me post them as a img.&lt\\;br&gt\\;&lt\\;br&gt\\;http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines001.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines002.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines003.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines004.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines006.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines008.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines009.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines009.jpg

Your bottom line (line pressure) going into the rad is where the anti drain back valve would be , by looking at your pic , you do not have one on...

What are the benifits of removing the CV and does it look like another large nut with a short tube to connect to the hose?&amp\\;nbsp\\; TIA

The bottom line coming out of the radiator goes straight back to a hard line that seems to then run under the motor and I guess go back to the transmission. I will get a few more pictures hold on a second.

Here is where the lower radiator hose goes to. Its the rubber line that connects into the hard line there.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines014.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines013.jpg Here you can see where the lower line comes out of the radiator. It has a metal piece there as you can see but my understanding is thats not the check valve. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines010.jpg Here is the only other thing I can see that I thought might be it but it doesnt really look like it. Its the piece where the braided stainless hose connects to. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines011.jpg It goes to one of the metal lines that go in between the radiator and what I think is the cooler thing for the AC. Here is where it comes out of the cooler. Its the lower line here. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines012.jpg Im thinking I dont have it. Is that correct?

I know that looks horrible but the forum is messed up and doesnt want you to use any code or anything other than just basic letters so I tried to make it work.

Well, a guy on PS.com says the brass piece next to the blue fitting is the check valve. Is this correct? What should I do to remove this? Im just super paranoid about it and dont want it to go bad and cause me to mess up this transmission that cost me quite a bit. This line goes from the top line coming out of the transmission cooler to this fitting where it goes into the hard line. This is what I think he is saying is the check valve. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...erlines004.jpg

If you have an add on trans cooler isn’t the lower line above the lower radiator hose suppose to be blocked off? And the upper one for that matter! Or are the lines tee’d off somewhere so the trans fluid runs through the radiator and the add on unit?

BTW! Off topic I know , but I frequent many automotive and computer oriented websites and although I think this is the best website for dodge ram info,and I&amp\\;amp\\;rsquo\\;m a very patient person, it has more problems so frequently that I&amp\\;amp\\;rsquo\\;m starting to get pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not like my opinion matters but WTF?????????????????&amp\\;amp\\;\\\\\\;nbsp\\\\\\ ;
