I am dropping the truck off there next Monday without telling them. I am working on a letter that I will put inside of the truck. I just want to make sure it tells them what I want without being too long.

Why? So it sits out in the parking lot and they can pretend they don't know it's there?

I'd go down there today and demand a build sheet today. I wouldn't let them keep putting it off.

This is the hard part though. I can't tell if they actually think it's a good unit or not. And I can't tell if I'm just crazy. All I want is for every gear to shift seamlessly, and to bite in when I need it to. I took the lift and tires off to achieve this, and it's all I want.

I want to write a letter because I need time to go over the specifics. When I talk to them in person, I often loose my train of thought or forget to mention things. If I have a note with a list of bulletins, and points to make, maybe they'll fix the glitches. I've brought it there three times, I'm tired of putting myself through the stress.

Did you go down to the shop and get the build sheet? This to me would be on top of my list of stuff to do. I wouldn't keep putting it off.

I mean they may just make up stuff thats in it which wouldn't surprise me since they seem super shady however atleast you can try to get it. I wouldn't let them keep getting out of it.

I would call them and give them an hour or so before I came down.
